Terms of Use

Version US-0.2-DRAFT · October 12, 2026

[Legal entity, address and governing law: to be completed by U.S. counsel.]

1. About these Terms

These Terms of Use apply to the Doc24hrs app (“Doc24hrs”, “we”, “us”) in the United States. By creating an account you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy, and you give the Health Data Consent. If you buy a membership, the Membership Terms also apply.

2. What Doc24hrs is

Doc24hrs is a wellness service. Its scan uses your phone’s front camera to estimate wellness indicators from your face, such as heart rate, breathing rate and blood pressure, together with wellness risk scores.

Doc24hrs is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition, and it does not replace a doctor. Results are estimates and can be wrong. Do not use them to make medical decisions; talk to a health professional about your health.

3. Emergencies

Doc24hrs is not for emergencies. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. If you are thinking about suicide or are in emotional crisis, call or text 988, the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.

4. Doctor consultations

Consultations with doctors are not yet available in the United States. The Consult option in the app prepares a consultation with Naia, includes a scan and ends in a demo waiting room: no doctor joins.

5. Who can use Doc24hrs

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and to buy a membership. Teens 13 to 17 can be scanned only as members of a Family plan, with the consent of the plan holder as their parent or legal guardian. Children under 13 cannot be scanned.

6. Your account

  • Keep your password private. You are responsible for what is done with your account.
  • The scan uses your age, sex, height, weight, smoking, blood pressure medication and diabetes to compute its estimates. If this information is wrong, the estimates will be too. You can update it in your profile.
  • Only scan yourself or a member of your Family plan.

7. Memberships

Scans are part of a Doc24hrs membership, bought through the App Store or Google Play, or provided by your employer or organization as a benefit that you link with an access code. The Membership Terms explain renewals, included and extra scans, organization benefits and the Family plan.

8. Naia, the AI assistant

The app includes Naia, an assistant generated by artificial intelligence. She only starts if you accept a separate permission in the app, and you can turn her off in Account. Naia is not a person or a doctor and can make mistakes. See AI Assistant (Naia).

9. Deleting your account

You can delete your account in the app; it asks for your password to confirm. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription: cancel it in your App Store or Google Play settings.

10. Changes and disputes

[How these Terms change, how disputes are resolved and which law applies: to be completed by U.S. counsel.]
