A scan counts only when its result is saved, so a scan that doesn’t finish doesn’t use one of the 8.

Membership TermsTeens scan only with your consent
Teens 13 to 17 can be scanned only on your Family plan, with your consent as their parent or guardian. Their camera video is processed on the phone and isn’t uploaded. Signals derived from it, with their profile answers, go to our scan provider, and data is stored outside the U.S., including in Mexico.
Health Data ConsentNaia starts only if you say yes
Naia, the optional AI assistant, can explain results out loud after a scan. She starts only after you, the holder, accept a separate permission, and you can turn her off any time in Account. She is not a person or a doctor, and she can make mistakes.

Who counts as family on the plan?
The holder, who must be 18 or older, one spouse or partner, also 18 or older, and up to 3 children: up to 5 people in all. Teens 13 to 17 scan with the holder’s consent, and children under 13 can be on the plan without scanning. Children 18 or older can be among the 3 children and give their own consent before they scan. Other adults, like grandparents, can have an Individual plan of their own, with 4 scans a month.
What happens when the included scans run out?
You can buy extra scans. They are one-time purchases that never expire, and they are used only after the included scans run out.
Do unused scans roll over?
No. Included scans reset every billing period and don’t roll over to the next one. Extra scans are different: they never expire.
Can my teen have their own account?
No. You must be 18 or older to create an account. Teens 13 to 17 are scanned as members of a parent’s Family plan, with the parent’s or guardian’s consent.
What does the Family plan cost?
