The face scan

Each person holds still for about 30 seconds and gets wellness estimates such as heart rate and breathing rate.
Employers, unions, associations and other organizations can offer Doc24hrs as a benefit. Each person links it in the app with an access code and pays nothing.

No charge and no store renewal for your people
Coming soon to iPhone and Android, in English and Spanish
You give your people an access code. Each person links it under Account in the app, and the membership shows “Provided by” with your organization’s name. Access codes are not sold to individuals.
The Individual plan includes 4 scans every 30 days. The Family plan includes 8 every 30 days, shared by the person, a spouse or partner and up to 3 children. You set how many days it lasts, counted from the day each person links it, or leave it with no end date.
Nothing is charged to them, and the benefit does not renew in the App Store or Google Play. They need to be 18 or older to link it.
The app works in English and Spanish, with U.S. units (pounds, feet and inches). Each person picks their language.
A Doc24hrs benefit is a wellness membership. It does not include doctors or any medical care.
Results are wellness estimates that can be wrong, and Doc24hrs does not diagnose any disease. For health questions, your people should talk to a healthcare professional.
Only an adult 18 or older can link a benefit. On a Family plan, teens 13 to 17 scan with a parent’s or guardian’s consent, and children under 13 can be on the plan but do not scan.
Your organization does not receive scan results or health profiles. Only the camera video stays on the phone. Signals derived from it, with the person’s profile, go to our scan provider, and data is stored outside the U.S., including in Mexico.
Read the Privacy PolicyThe short answers for organizations. People who received a code will find step-by-step help in the support center.

Not while a paid subscription is active. A paid plan renews every month until it is canceled in the App Store or Google Play settings, and deleting the account does not cancel it.
Not yet. The app is coming soon to iPhone and Android, in English and Spanish. It will need an iPhone with iOS 16.4 or later, or an Android phone with Android 8.0 or later, a front camera and an up-to-date Android System WebView or Chrome, plus an internet connection.
